Refund Policy:

While we do note prior to checkout that all Digital Sales are final, your satisfaction is important to us.  Our Customer Support Team will do their best to help resolve any technical issues you experience and assist you with downloading, installing and activation of your game.  In some cases, it may require the support team of your game's Publisher.  Direct2Drive Support may need to refer you to the experts that made the game to handle some activation or in-game troubleshooting.


Preorders and Prepurchases: 

We will be happy to refund your pre-order prior to the release of the game in the event your purchase did not include a free game or an exclusive beta key offer. Once pre-order exclusive items are consumed, the sale is final. Please make sure you have read the game information carefully prior to purchasing.
